Payments are processed through our secure payment system. TaskRadius may charge service fees for connecting users with service providers. All fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction.

You may not use TaskRadius:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

7. Disclaimer

The materials on TaskRadius are provided on an 'as is' basis. TaskRadius makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall TaskRadius or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use TaskRadius, even if TaskRadius or a TaskRadius authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on TaskRadius could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. TaskRadius does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
